The outlots provide common areas for all residents to enjoy at any time. They all allow pedestrian access to the lakes, that are otherwise only accessible by private property. The outlots on Charlick lake and Woodruff lakes include small beach areas for swimming. The outlots on Tomahawk lake and Charlick lake have picnic tables and provide a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the peacefulness of the water. All lakes provide CATCH AND RELEASE fishing as well. Three of the four outlots provide secured access to the private lakes in our neighborhood.

All residents are welcome and encouraged to use the out lots along with their guests. Residents must be present with guests at all times.
Common sense rules for the outlot areas:
- Hours: Sunrise to Sunset
- SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK - NO LIFEGUARD
- No Trespassing on neighbors property
- Please use the provided garbage containers - NO LITTERING
- No Glass containers please, we also swim here!
- Please clean up after your pets
- Fishing is CATCH AND RELEASE only!
- Violators and Vandalism will be prosecuted
Note: Please remember, these are common areas that adults and children play in. Please be sure to clean up after your pets, avoid glass containers, and pitch in to keep the areas looking nice. This is our neighborhood and we all want a nice place to enjoy.
If you see suspicious activity or anyone vandalizing the property, please feel free to contact the Oakland County Sheriff Highland Substation on their non-emergency line 248-858-4950. Of course if the situation requires emergency response always call 911.
If you have any concerns regarding the lakes themselves, please contact the Lake Improvement Board for that lake.

- Payment of all outstanding dues, current and past due. (plus $40 lost key fee if applicable)
